Programme: Vähi-Ahven
Reigo Ahven is a versatile Estonian percussionist known from ethnic, jazz and pop music scenes. He has studied at Georg Ots Tallinn Music College, Viljandi Culture Academy, Tartu University, Sibelius Academy and Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre. As a drummer, he has collaborated with such bands as B.D.Ö, Slobodan River, Traffic, Lenna and Code One. Besides being an active musician, Ahven has founded Philly Joe’s jazz club in 2014, which has hosted over 500 music events for now. Ahven regularly gives masterclasses and has been passionate for music education.
